Participation category and age limits
The tournament is reserved for players belonging to the Under 15 category, duly registered with their own club and federation for the current season.
Under 15: Born from 01/01/2010 until 31/12/2011. Players who are 12 years old born in 2012 can play.
Player lists
Participating clubs must submit to the tournament organization, before its beginning, the list of players they intend to use, up to a maximum of 35. After delivery, it is prohibited to make any modifications to these lists. In the roster to be submitted to the referee before the match, up to a maximum of 20 players shall be indicated.
Substitutions
A maximum of 7 substitutions are allowed, regardless of position, at any moment during the match.
Tournament format
The tournament will be organized with the following format and qualification procedure: A round robin phase will be held with 4 teams. The top two teams will face each other in the final for 1st and 2nd place, while the bottom two will play in the final for 3rd and 4th place.
Standings
The standings will be determined based on the following criteria: 3 points for a win and 0 points for a loss. If a game ends tied there will be a shootout with 5 shots, whoever wins the shootout gets 2 points and whoever loses gets 1 point.
In case of tied points, the following criteria will be applied in the order listed:
Head-to-head results
Goal difference in head-to-head matches among the tied teams
Goal difference in total matches played in the group
Higher number of goals scored in total matches played in the group
Lower number of goals conceded (against) in total matches played in the group

Match duration
Games will be played in 2 (two) 35-minute halves. The matches will be played 11 vs 11 on regulation-size fields with regulation goals and size 5 balls.
There will be three referees for all matches, except for the final for 1st and 2nd place where a referee team will be assigned. In case of a tie at the end of regulation time, penalty kicks will be executed.
Automatic sanctions (for fast-playing tournaments)
Automatic sanctions are provided with the following procedure: A player who is sent off during a game cannot participate in the next game unless further sanctions are imposed by the sports judge; a player who receives a second yellow card during the tournament will be suspended for one game upon declaration by the sports judge.

Il torneo è riservato ai giocatori appartenenti alla categoria Under 15, regolarmente tesserati con la propria società e federazione per la stagione in corso.
Under 15: Nati dal 01/01/2010 al 31/12/2011. Possono partecipare anche giocatori di 12 anni nati nel 2012.
Liste dei giocatori
Le società partecipanti devono consegnare all’organizzazione del torneo, prima dell’inizio, la lista dei giocatori che intendono utilizzare, fino a un massimo di 35. Dopo la consegna non sarà possibile effettuare modifiche a tali liste. Nella distinta da consegnare all’arbitro prima della partita, potranno essere indicati fino a un massimo di 20 giocatori.
Sostituzioni
Sono consentite un massimo di 7 sostituzioni, indipendentemente dal ruolo, in qualsiasi momento della partita.
Formato del torneo
Il torneo sarà organizzato con il seguente formato e procedura di qualificazione: si svolgerà una fase a girone con 4 squadre. Le prime due classificate si affronteranno nella finale per il 1° e 2° posto, mentre le ultime due giocheranno la finale per il 3° e 4° posto.
Classifica
La classifica sarà determinata in base ai seguenti criteri: 3 punti per la vittoria e 0 punti per la sconfitta. In caso di parità al termine della gara, si effettuerà una serie di 5 rigori. Chi vince ai rigori ottiene 2 punti, chi perde 1 punto.
In caso di parità di punti, verranno applicati i seguenti criteri nell’ordine indicato:

Differenza reti totale nelle partite del girone
Maggior numero di gol segnati nelle partite del girone

Durata delle partite
Le partite si giocheranno in 2 (due) tempi da 35 minuti ciascuno. Le gare si disputeranno 11 contro 11 su campi regolamentari, con porte regolamentari e palloni taglia 5.
Saranno presenti tre arbitri per tutte le partite, ad eccezione della finale per il 1° e 2° posto in cui sarà designata una terna arbitrale ufficiale. In caso di parità al termine dei tempi regolamentari, si procederà con i calci di rigore.
Sanzioni automatiche (per tornei a ritmo serrato)
Sono previste sanzioni automatiche con la seguente procedura: un giocatore espulso durante una partita non potrà partecipare alla gara successiva, salvo ulteriori provvedimenti del giudice sportivo; un giocatore che riceve il secondo cartellino giallo durante il torneo sarà squalificato per una gara, previa dichiarazione del giudice sportivo.
