Surf Cup 2025 - Regulations U19 / First Team Girls

Participation category and age limits
The tournament is reserved for players belonging to the Under 19 category, duly registered with their own club and federation for the current season.
Under 19: Born from 01/01/2007 until reaching the age of 19.
Player lists
Participating clubs must submit to the tournament organization, before its beginning, the list of players they intend to use, up to a maximum of 35. After delivery, it is prohibited to make any modifications to these lists. In the roster to be submitted to the referee before the match, up to a maximum of 20 players shall be indicated.
Substitutions
A maximum of 7 substitutions are allowed, regardless of position, at any moment during the match.
Tournament format
The tournament will be organized with the following format and qualification procedure: A round robin phase will be held with 4 teams. The top two teams will face each other in the final for 1st and 2nd place, while the bottom two will play in the final for 3rd and 4th place.
Standings
The standings will be determined based on the following criteria: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.
In case of tied points, the following criteria will be applied in the order listed:
Head-to-head results
Goal difference in head-to-head matches among the tied teams
Goal difference in total matches played in the group
Higher number of goals scored in total matches played in the group
Lower number of goals conceded (against) in total matches played in the group

Match duration
Games will be played in 2 (two) 40-minute halves. The matches will be played 11 vs 11 on regulation-size fields with regulation goals and size 5 balls.
In case of a tie at the end of regulation time, penalty kicks will be executed.
There will be 1 referee and 2 linesmen per game.
Automatic sanctions (for fast-playing tournaments)
Automatic sanctions are provided with the following procedure: A player who is sent off during a game cannot participate in the next game unless further sanctions are imposed by the sports judge; a player who receives a second yellow card during the tournament will be suspended for one game upon declaration by the sports judge.
