ARRIVAL AND PARADE LINE-UP - Players and staff should go to Reception 1 (Mediterranean Zone) for organization and parade line-up. Volunteers will be on-site to guide and assist with a smooth flow.
Before lining up, players will have paella at Reception 1, where they will be welcomed with music to start the evening experience.
PARADE PROTOCOL - The parade begins at 8:30 PM, led by a batucada (drumming group). Teams will proceed to the Forum stage, where they will take a team photo and then continue to their busses for return to hotels.
CEREMONY HIGHLIGHTS - Live entertainment, including freestyler performances and festive music. Ceremony videos and team logos displayed on large screens. Fun interactive moments on stage for players, led by a speaker, and across campus. Fireworks to celebrate the occasion.
POST-CEREMONY - The event concludes with music and a festive atmosphere. Buses will depart for hotels between 9:30 and 10:00
IMPORTANT REMINDERS - Teams with games at 545 at MSH / Futbol Salou will go directly with bus to Cambrils Park Resort for Opening Ceremony. We recommend these teams to bring change for the opening at the field (as they won't return to their hotel before the opening).
All players to have for dinner Paella Valenciana at the Opening.

LLEGADA Y ORGANIZACIÓN DEL DESFILE -
Jugadores y cuerpo técnico deberán dirigirse a Recepción 1 (Zona Mediterránea) para la organización y formación del desfile. Los voluntarios estarán presentes para guiar y garantizar un flujo ordenado.
Antes de la formación, los jugadores disfrutarán de paella en la Recepción 1, donde serán recibidos con música para iniciar la experiencia de la noche.
PROTOCOLO DEL DESFILE -El desfile comenzará a las 20:30, encabezado por una batucada (grupo de percusión).
Los equipos se dirigirán hacia el escenario del Fórum, donde se harán una foto de equipo y después continuarán hacia sus autobuses para regresar a los hoteles.
DESTACADOS DE LA CEREMONIA
Espectáculos en directo, incluyendo actuaciones de freestylers y música festiva.
Proyección de vídeos y escudos de los equipos proyectados en pantallas gigantes.
Momentos interactivos y divertidos para los jugadores, tanto en el escenario (guiados por un speaker) como alrededor del campus.
Fuegos artificiales para celebrar la ocasión.
DESPUÉS DE LA CEREMONIA -El evento finalizará con música y un ambiente festivo.
Los autobuses saldrán hacia los hoteles entre 21:30 y 22:00.
RECORDATORIOS IMPORTANTES
Los equipos que juegan a las 17:45 en MSH / Futbol Salou irán directamente en autobús al Cambrils Park Resort para la Ceremonia de Inauguración.
Recomendamos que estos equipos lleven un cambio de ropa al campo, ya que no regresarán al hotel antes de la ceremonia.
Todos los jugadores cenarán Paella Valenciana durante la Ceremonia de Inauguración.
